By accessing or using Scriptly ("Platform", "Website", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant Scriptly a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and archive such content for operation of the Platform.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Contains malware, spyware, trojans, or malicious code.
  • Attempts to steal credentials, tokens, cookies, or personal information.
  • Violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Contains harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
  • Misrepresents functionality.
  • Attempts to damage users, devices, or services.

6. Moderation Rights

We may remove, restrict, edit, or disable access to content at our sole discretion.

We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.

7. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, privacy practices, or security.

8. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scriptly shall not be liable for:

  • Account bans

  • Device damage
  • Security incidents
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Users execute and use scripts entirely at their own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
